Where we ship: We ship to U.S. addresses only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Where orders ship from: All orders ship from partner warehouses located in the United States.

Shipping cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay: $7.99 on orders under $50, $9.99 on orders $50–$149.99, and $14.99 on orders $150 and up.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time: Delivery to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 and DC) typically takes 3–10 business days after shipping. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 10–25 business days after shipping.

Lower 48 only items: Some large items, including Giraffe Tools pressure washers and vacuums, ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 and DC). They can't be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses, and checkout won't offer shipping for them to those addresses. All other items ship to every U.S. address. Vapamore steam cleaners and vacuums ship from Arizona to the lower 48 and Alaska (not Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses), with a flat shipping charge shown at checkout. Alaska delivery typically takes 10–25 business days. Steam cleaners ship by UPS or FedEx to a street address only (no PO boxes). The MR-750 and MR-1000 require a signature on delivery.
