How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-4 business days. Delivery to the lower 48 takes 3-10 business days. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes 10-20 business days, and some items ship to the lower 48 only. We currently ship within the US.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@detaillabsupplyco.com for a return number first. Steamers and other equipment must be unopened. Opened chemicals can't be returned unless they arrived damaged. Vapamore items have a 7-day return window. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do refunds work?
After your return is inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping isn't refunded.
Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes. Code WELCOME10 gives 10% off eligible items, once per customer. It doesn't apply to Vapamore.
